Step 1. Place an order

Search items on listings page and check item’s details and Transport (shipping) cost to your country. If you want to purchase it, click “ASK” and complete the application form with your information.

Step 2. Bercharrey Auto check the item’s availability and send quotation

Once you place an order, Bercharrey Auto verify the item’s availability and information. If it is available, Bercharrey Auto will send you quotation with final cost to your country’s port or Customs boarder, which includes transport (shipping) cost of vehicle. If you need further information for buying the item, such as more photos, video and additional information, Bercharrey Auto can provide them upon your purchase confirmation.

Step 3. Confirm purchase

You can confirm to purchase by replying Bercharrey Auto’s email. Unless you confirm to purchase, the item is open to “everybody” so the item could be sold to other customers.

Step 4. Bercharrey Auto issue a proforma invoice and book the item for 2 business days

Bercharrey Auto will issue a proforma invoice with final price and bank account details. Your item will be secured for 2 business days not to be sold to other customers.

Step 5. Transfer money to Bercharrey Auto’s bank account within 2 business days

Transfer the total amount in the invoice to the Bercharrey Auto’s bank account within 2 business days. Also send copy of receipt to customer center by e-mail, fax or WhatsApp. Bercharrey Auto will keep holding the item as long as we have the clear payment receipt.

Step 6. Bercharrey Auto confirm receiving money and send title document and self-check report of the item

When Bercharrey Auto receive money in bank account, Bercharrey Auto will send confirmation of receiving money and item’s, title certificate and self-check report from the seller. The item will be sold “AS-IS” condition.

Step 7. Bercharrey Auto release money to seller and secure the item safely

Bercharrey Auto send money to seller and secure the item at Bercharrey Auto’s hand and is ready for next steps.

Step 8 Bercharrey Auto arrange vehicle transport and notify a schedule to buyer

Bercharrey Auto will check the fastest and safest transportation schedule and notify a buyer shortly. Soon the item will be booked on the fastest transit. However, schedule transport is subject to change according to the transportation company’s conditions so Bercharrey Auto will notify a new schedule when it’s changed.

Step 9. Bercharrey Auto transport the vehicle on arranged transportation option

Bercharrey Auto will transport your vehicle on the arranged transportation method opted by you, if there is anything changed,

Step 10. Bercharrey Auto send original documents to buyer

Bercharrey Auto send all documents including C/I, P/L and Original B/L to buyers address via air mail courier. With these documents, you can take the item when it arrives to the port.
